Cylinder Testing
A 100 ton SPX Powerteam single-acting, spring-return cylinder. It is being tested, prior to rental, by HTL’s 200 ton test press.
Frequent load tests are required for all manner of lifting equipment, including hydraulic cylinders and jacks. HTL have four in-house test presses, ranging from 10 ton to 200 ton sizes. This allows for safe, controlled and accurate testing of a wide variety of these types of products. Upon successful completion of product testing, a dedicated certificate is issued for each piece of equipment, to document its compliance with regulations.
