GLOBAL SALES COORDINATOR

THE COMPANY
HTL Worldwide is a division of Hire Torque Limited (HTL) soon to be based in the prestigious Nelson Industrial Estate Cramlington due to their unprecedented growth over recent years.
HTL specialize in the sale and rental of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic bolt torque and tensioning equipment to a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas and Power Generation. They are a family owned and run business and are well known for their 24/7 365 days a year “can do” approach to customer service which is second to none in their industry. Having recently developed their own range of hydraulic torque wrenches compatible and interchangeable with other well-known brands they are now further developing their range of tools, building the export division of the business and growing sales around the world by establishing and supporting a global network of agents and distributors.
THE POSITION
Due to the continued expansion of the business the position of Global Sales Coordinator has become available. This position involves all facets of office based international business development including but not limited to, liaising with and supporting the global distributor and client network, producing quotations, export shipping etc.
In addition to the duties described above the successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the members of the Board of Directors.
THE PERSON
It is essential that all applicants have experience in general administrative duties and they must be fully computer literate. Some experience in business to business sales and international shipping would be preferred but is not essential however a “people person” personality and a “can do” attitude is a must.
As the successful candidate will be required to provide director support and may handle sensitive information they will be required to maintain the utmost discretion at all times.

Salary circa £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending upon experience
