OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A CONFIDENT AND RELIABLE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AT OUR NEW HEAD OFFICE IN BLYTH, NORTHUMBERLAND.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL ACT AS A FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR BOTH VISITORS AND INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS, OTHER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE FILING, PHOTOCOPYING, TYPING ,FAXING, OPENING MAIL AND ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION.

A GOOD TELEPHONE MANNER AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, A GOOD LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE AND PEGASUS ll WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
