A specially designed range of Bolt Tensioning equipment to suit the demanding requirements of divers operating in harsh subsea environments. Our Subsea bolt tensioner have a stroke of 30mm and cover ranges from ¾” to 3.1/2”. Incorporating the quick reaction nut feature reduces diver fatigue, improving diver safety and productivity.
This range of subsea bolt tensioning tools brings a new generation of bolting solutions.
Comprising just bolt tensioning tools, this series is capable of tensioning most standard flanges. They are made from high strength stainless steel which greatly reduces maintenance work to a minimum after subsea use.
The new range of subsea Bolt Tensioning tools have many unique features:

- Piston / cylinder misalignment compensation
- Anti-slip cylinder surface for improved handling

The most efficient and rapid method of bolt tensioning a flange is 100% simultaneous tensioning. Every bolt is simultaneously tensioned assuring an evenly distributed bolt load across the gasket. The Subsea bolt tensioning tools are fitted with twin hydraulic connections making the hose configuration extremely simple and rapid.
