The all New HTL Auto-Pump.
Introducing HTL’s new 4-port air / electric operated automatic hydraulic torque pump unit, the Auto-Pump.
Newly developed by HTL the Auto-Pump offers a fully automated operation allowing the operator to pre-set the pressure then activate the pump unit which will then continuously operate hands free until the pump reaches the pre-set pressure. This ensures less operator fatigue as well as ensure consistency bolt for bolt.
The all new Auto-Pump features a new valve system which dispenses with shear seals which was the cause of some down time in the old units due to wear. The electric unit features an new compact solenoid valve system which requires less power to function.
Both the Air and Electric pumps units have been designed with the operator in mind and include an ergonomically designed carrying frame.
Both pumps also come complete with four port manifold allowing the simultaneous use of up to four torque wrenches.
