At HTL, with the help of our in-house Engineering Design team, we can come up with a solution to any subsea related bolting problem you may be faced with.
For example, HTL were contacted by 'Shell Oil' due to our innovative approach to subsea solutions, with the remit to solve a problem with a Xmas Tree they were using which was no longer fit for purpose and required decommissioning. This particular Xmas Tree was over 15 years old and all valves, actuators etc had become seized over time.
The HTL 'Seasnake' is a solution which eliminates the need for any divers being present when a Fastlok connection is released. This removes the possibility of any subsea gas release becoming fatal, making these processes much safer.
