The Workshop

HTL offer a complete range of services to ensure that your equipment, whether purchased from ourselves, or another supplier, remains in safe working order, with a full in date certification allowing total traceability.

Parts Store

We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts, ensuring a rapid turn around of time critical equipment. We are happy to quote costs on an ‘item by item’ basis but are equally satisfied with providing a scheduled service plan with fixed costs on certain items, over a 12 month period. Stock holding is fully computer controlled, enabling HTL to inform customers of what parts are available on demand.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

As part of the total service package, in-house magnetic particle inspection (MPI) is offered. This reassures customers that their equipment is in full working order and safe, prior to use.

Painting & Powder Coating

Whatever the dimensions of customer’s equipment, HTL offer painting and powder coating facilities as part of the services available to ensure that equipment arrives back to the customer, looking and functioning as if brand new.

Washing & Degreasing

Where necessary, prior to inspection of equipment, it is fully cleaned using the latest steam washing technology. This removes all contamination in an environmentally friendly manner.

Machine Shop

To ensure the quickest turn around of equipment is achievable, HTL have an in-house machining facility which allows for the repair, refurbishment and manufacture of parts in cases where we are unable to source them outside normal working hours. Our facilities include a lathe, a milling machine, a surface grinder, a pillar drill, a mig welder, a tig welder, a plasma cutter and a blast cabinet.

Hydraulic Hose Supply & Repair

To ensure our ability to supply our customers at all times, we offer an in-house hydraulic hose supply and repair service. This allows us to meet customer requirements outside of normal business hours.
