Aberdeen
Due to expansion and relocation of our Aberdeen facility HTL have the following vacancies available........
Store Coordinator
Our stores are a pivotal point of our operation and include new stock, rental stock, spare parts and customers’ equipment.
To ensure continual improvement HTL operate ISO 9001 and Investors In People and we are also currently in the process of attaining ISO 14001, previous experience in any of these systems would be advantageous.
The successful applicant would be involved in the following processes and ideally have previous stores experience in the following elements however full and ongoing training will be provided....
Goods in / out processes
Reporting into the Facility Manager, you will be required to book in and out equipment, dispatch products, deal with all necessary paperwork and administration, monitoring stock and any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
Computer stock control and stores procedures Warehousing Manual handling Forklift training Stock storage and presentation Good housekeeping, Dealing with customers, suppliers and other visitors
General assistance in ALL aspects of running the facility when required, being responsible for your own and your colleagues’ safety
The salary is £22k per annum, 20 days Holiday + Public Holidays and optional pension scheme.

Driver
HTL both delivers and collects from its customer as well as its suppliers all round Aberdeen and surrounding areas in its fleet of small vans and flatbed non HGV vehicles.

Full driving license
Previous driving experience would be advantageous
Good manual handling skills
Be smart, polite and courteous.
Forklift trained
Goods in / out processes
Good house keeping
General assistance in ALL aspects of running the facility when required
Being responsible for your own safety and your colleagues’ safety.
The salary is £17k per annum, 20 days Holiday + Public Holidays and optional pension scheme.
